The staff were very helpful, making this hotel a solid choice for my stay.

During my stay at Praso Residence, I was impressed with the prompt service and attention to guest comfort. When I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room, the hotel quickly offered me another room on the same floor with a working air conditioning unit. Additionally, the location of the hotel near the MRT station was incredibly convenient for business travelers in the Rama 9 area, providing easy access to transportation. The spacious rooms and nice bathrooms were also a standout feature. I would recommend Praso Residence for its value for money and cleanliness.

Situated in a back lane to the busy main road, its very Secure, Clean, Quite, Affordable, Very Helpful n Friendly staff (However Dont expect fluent English), Convenient location with 7 eleven open all night 4 mins away and mrt 7 mins walk away. There is also Fortune it Center and Mall outside mrt station...Its more of self serviced apartments rather than a hotel..Slightly away from cbd but again with a mrt closeby its not a major issue unless you want everything on your doorstep..Internet is available in room for 100 Baht a nite and also at reception incase you dont have a computer.. There are plenty of decent massage shops (nothing lewd) in the same back lane as this place which is a plus alongwith hairdressers, a small vege flea market.More of a local residential colony setting than a plush 5 star location..However, Extreme value for money..Surely would stay again on nxt visit with such complete package on offer..

We only stayed for 10 minutes and went elsewhere no way could we sleep on a rock hard bed for two weeks and patio door no lock

Unbelievable that there will be such a nice room and the cost are very cheap in the downtown area that not far from airport and nearby Rama9 subwat station. This was my second stay in Praso Residence rooms.I appreciated that the room are very clean. The staffs are friendly even though this hotel not big,they try their best to service us.

The only small downside was the lack of a safe in the room.

This hotel is in a prime location, hidden behind a large shopping complex and right next to the subway station in the "poor" area of the city. Good value for money and clean room. The room was pretty big with a king-sized comfortable bed. We enjoyed the cable TV with multiple channels to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
